In short
- We collect your email only if you sign up for Monday Heist or the Vault waitlist, and only email you after you confirm.
- Robbed Score runs in your browser. What you type isn’t sent to us unless you create a share link.
- We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t sell or share your email address.
- You can unsubscribe in one click and ask us to delete your data at any time.
Email sign-ups
When you join Monday Heist or the Vault waitlist we store your email address, which list you joined, the page you joined from, the exact consent wording you agreed to and its version, and the times you signed up, confirmed or unsubscribed. We use this to send the emails you asked for and to prove you asked for them.
We use double opt-in: nothing is sent to you except a single confirmation email until you click its link. Confirmation links expire after 7 days.
Robbed Score
The tools and prices you enter are processed in your browser and aren’t sent to FounderHeist.
- Remember my audit — off by default. If you turn it on, your audit is saved in your browser’s local storage on that device only. Turning it off or pressing “Clear my audit” deletes it.
- Share links — only if you create one. We store the score, rank, number of tools, currency and the creation date. Monthly spend and savings are stored only if you choose to show them. Tool names and your email are never stored with a share card.
Technical data
We don’t set cookies or run analytics at the moment. If that changes, this page will say so first. To protect forms from abuse, your IP address is used briefly in server memory for rate limiting; it isn’t written to our database. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Service providers
We plan to use Railway for hosting and our database, and Resend to deliver email. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. This list will be confirmed, with locations and safeguards, before launch.
How long we keep data
- Subscriptions — while you’re subscribed. When you unsubscribe we keep your email address and the unsubscribe date as a suppression record, so we never email you by mistake. Ask us and we’ll delete it entirely.
- Unconfirmed sign-ups — never emailed again unless you sign up again.
- Share cards — until you ask us to remove them. Send us the link.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@founderheist.com and we’ll respond as soon as we can. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
FounderHeist isn’t directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced to subscribers before they take effect. See also our terms.
