Terms

The ground rules for using FounderHeist.

Last updated 11 October 2026Draft · pending legal review

This is a working draft written in plain language. It hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet and will be finalised before launch.

Using FounderHeist

You’re welcome to use this site for your own personal or business purposes. Please don’t misuse it — for example by trying to break its security, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam.

Robbed Score

Robbed Score is in beta and is provided for information only. It isn’t financial, tax or legal advice. Results depend entirely on the prices you enter, which FounderHeist doesn’t check. We don’t guarantee that any saving is available to you — always confirm prices, contract terms, refund rules and notice periods with each provider before changing a plan.

If you create a share link, you’re responsible for where you share it. Share cards show that prices are self-reported.

Our content

We work hard to keep information accurate and dated, but software prices and features change often. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll correct it. The FounderHeist name, logo and site content belong to FounderHeist; please ask before reusing them beyond quoting with a link.

We link to other websites, including tool providers. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, prices or practices. Any affiliate relationship will be disclosed as described in our affiliate disclosure.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, FounderHeist isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site or decisions made using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Questions: support@founderheist.com.
